GrillPilot is a digital cooking workflow and timer application that allows users to create, store, organize, and execute personalized cooking programs, timers, notes, alerts, and related content.

The Service may include:

• Cooking timers;
• Cooking workflow management;
• User-generated cooking programs;
• Device-specific cooking instructions;
• Marketplace and affiliate product links;
• Advertising;
• Community or sharing features;
• Notifications and reminders;
• Future premium or subscription features.

The Service is intended solely as a convenience tool.

The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

The Company does not guarantee:

• Cooking accuracy;
• Food safety;
• Proper internal temperatures;
• Timing accuracy;
• Doneness levels;
• Food quality;
• Safe operation of grills, smokers, ovens, or cooking devices.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Proper food handling;
• Safe cooking practices;
• Confirming internal food temperatures;
• Preventing foodborne illness;
• Monitoring grills and cooking devices;
• Preventing fires, burns, injuries, or property damage.

Users should always use an appropriate food thermometer and follow all manufacturer instructions and applicable food safety guidelines.

Cooking with grills, smokers, flat tops, charcoal, propane, pellet devices, open flames, hot surfaces, knives, and cooking equipment involves inherent risks.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with cooking activities, including but not limited to:

• Fire;
• Burns;
• Explosions;
• Food poisoning;
• Property damage;
• Personal injury;
• Death.

You agree that Sosco Social, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY;
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
• NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• ACCURACY;
• RELIABILITY;
• AVAILABILITY;
• SECURITY;
• ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not guarantee that:

• Timers will function without interruption;
• Notifications will be delivered;
• Alerts will sound properly;
• Data will not be lost;
• Programs will be accurate;
• The Service will always be available.

Users are solely responsible for actively monitoring their cooking activities.

• DIRECT DAMAGES;
• INDIRECT DAMAGES;
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
• SPECIAL DAMAGES;
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
• EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
• PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS;
• LOSS OF DATA;
• PROPERTY DAMAGE;
• PERSONAL INJURY;
• WRONGFUL DEATH;
• FOODBORNE ILLNESS;
• FIRE-RELATED LOSSES;
• DEVICE MALFUNCTIONS;
• MISSED ALERTS OR NOTIFICATIONS.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

If liability is found despite the foregoing, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

Users may create, upload, store, publish, or share content, including:

• Cooking programs;
• Notes;
• Photos;
• Reviews;
• Comments;
• Device information.

You retain ownership of your content.

By uploading or submitting content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for purposes of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to the content;
• Your content does not violate any law;
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

The Service may display products, advertisements, sponsored content, or affiliate links.

The Company may receive compensation when users click links or make purchases through affiliate or advertising relationships.

We do not manufacture, sell, inspect, endorse, or guarantee third-party products.

All product purchases are solely between the user and the applicable third-party merchant.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Product defects;
• Product availability;
• Shipping issues;
• Warranties;
• Injuries;
• Damages;
• Returns or refunds.

Free versions of the Service may include advertisements.

We do not control third-party advertisements and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or safety of advertised products or services.

Interactions with advertisers are solely between the user and the advertiser.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality;
• Maintaining password security;
• All activity under their account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason.

Users may not:

• Violate laws;
• Infringe intellectual property rights;
• Upload harmful or illegal content;
• Attempt unauthorized access;
• Interfere with Service operation;
• Use bots or scraping tools;
• Reverse engineer the Service;
• Abuse community features;
• Submit fraudulent activity.

All Service content, branding, software, designs, graphics, and functionality are owned by Sosco Social, LLC or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections that by nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute provisions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sosco Social, LLC and its owners, members, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your cooking activities;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your content;
• Your negligence or misconduct.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Users consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree that any disputes shall be brought only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
